Kylie Jackel has been working in Property Management since 1999. Initially on Queenslands Gold Coast where she set up two Property management offices with her husband.
After successfully growing these businesses family brought her home to Adelaide, where she has been working for Brock Harcourts in both hands on property management and Trust Administration.
Her previous employment in Banking and customer service shows in her personable attitude towards clients and tenants alike.
She has a dedication to her position and will provide you with all you would expect and more from your property manager. Her knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act is second to none.

• Accurate appraisal of your property including suggestions on necessary improvements to increase its rent ability
• Internet advertising with photos at no cost
• Unlimited showings of your property to prospective tenants
• Thorough tenant selection process including tenant default database check
• Concise ingoing inspection report including digital photos
• Direct credit of rental monies to your nominated account once or twice per month.
• Detailed monthly statements showing income and expenditure
• Quarterly inspections that you are welcome to attend, but if you choose not to, a report will be provided to you
• We have a “No Tolerance” attitude to rent arrears, tenants are contacted daily if they fall into arrears and issued with the appropriate forms in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act
• Landlords are contacted prior to any repairs and maintenance is carried out.
• Landlords Insurance can be arranged on your behalf
